If you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.
Returns must be made within 60 days from date of purchase. The shipping charges on your original purchase are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. For your protection, returns should be shipped using a method that provides a tracking number (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground).

Please include a copy of original purchase receipt and indicate the reason for your return. Refunds or credits are issued within 7-10 days of receipt of your item(s). Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
If you believe the item you received is defective, contact us at (919) 676-8995 and leave a detailed message. We will contact you and will either ship you out a replacement or issue a return label for you to send the item back at no cost to you. Please do not return a defective item without prior authorization.
